Settings & Team
Configure your studio's branding, finances, lead handling, localization, and notifications in one place.
Settings & Team
Settings is where you configure how your studio operates in the app — your business identity, money and invoicing rules, how leads are captured and scored, date/timezone display, and who gets notified about what. Changes here apply studio-wide, for every team member.
Go to Settings in the sidebar to see the full list of tabs: Business, Finance, Leads, Localization, Notifications, plus the built-in Organization, Members, Roles, and Billing tabs.
Business
Set your studio's public identity: display name (the name shown on invoices, proposals, and your public lead form — separate from your internal account name under Organization), logo, address, and tax ID (GSTIN). Upload a logo by clicking the upload area — only image files under the size limit are accepted; anything else is rejected with a clear message. This logo appears on your generated documents and client-facing pages.
Finance
Controls how money is displayed and tracked:
- Currency and default tax rate — used as defaults across invoices and proposals.
- Payment instructions — free-text shown to clients on invoices (bank details, payment links, etc.).
- Invoice numbering — set a prefix and the next invoice number.
Changing the next invoice number only affects future invoices — it never renumbers past ones. You can't set it lower than a number you've already used; the app blocks that to prevent duplicate invoice numbers.
Leads
Three areas on one page:
- Statuses — manage your pipeline stages (e.g. New Enquiry, Qualified, Booked). Add, rename, recolor, and recategorize any status; reorder them to match your workflow. Exactly one status is always marked as the default for new leads — setting a new default automatically unmarks the old one. A status can't be deleted while any lead is currently using it; you'll see an error explaining that.
- Lead sources — manage the list of channels (e.g. Instagram, WhatsApp, Website, Referral) shown in the source dropdown when a team member creates or edits a lead. Rename, reorder, add, or deactivate sources to match how your studio actually finds clients.
- Lead form — choose which fields appear (and which are required) on your public lead-capture form.
- Scoring rules — define simple rules (e.g. "budget above X = +10 points") that automatically score incoming leads so you can spot your most promising enquiries at a glance. Scores update automatically as rules are saved — you never set a lead's score by hand.
Localization
Set your studio's date format and timezone. This affects how dates display throughout the app, and drives calculations like "due today" badges on follow-ups and dates shown in reports — so keep it accurate to where your studio operates.
Notifications
A matrix of notification types (e.g. new lead, invoice paid, follow-up due) against delivery channels (in-app, email, push). Toggle any combination on or off. This controls what the studio sends out; each team member's personal alert preferences are separate and live under their own account preferences.
Team & permissions
Team member invites, roles, and permissions live in the Members and Roles tabs alongside Settings. Only team members with permission to update settings can save changes here — others viewing these tabs will see the current values but won't be able to edit or save.
Good to know
- Every settings save applies immediately and studio-wide — there's no draft/approve step.
- Only your own studio's settings are ever visible to you; other studios on the platform can't see or affect yours.
- If a setting somehow ends up in a broken or unreadable state, the app falls back to sensible defaults rather than breaking the page.
