About Outkite

Built by a small team focused on photography studios — not a generic CRM stretched to fit.

Outkite started from a simple observation: wedding and portrait studios were running their entire business — inquiries, proposals, contracts, invoices, delivery — across a patchwork of spreadsheets, WhatsApp chats and general-purpose CRMs that were never built for how a studio actually works.

General CRMs are built for sales teams closing B2B deals. A wedding studio's work looks nothing like that: a lead comes in on Instagram, gets a proposal for a specific date and package, moves to a signed contract, then into months of shoots, edits and deliverables before the relationship is done. We built Outkite to match that shape, instead of asking studios to bend their workflow to fit someone else's software.

Outkite is founded by Sudhinlal, who spent 15 years running Fog Media, a wedding photography studio, before building Outkite. The product decisions come from that experience — what actually slows a studio down during a booking, and what a CRM needs to get out of the way of.

We're a small team, and we build features based on what studios actually run into — not a long roadmap decided in a vacuum. If something in Outkite doesn't fit how your studio works, that's useful information for us, and we'd genuinely like to hear about it.

Built around real studio work

Every feature maps to a step in the inquiry-to-delivery workflow, not a generic sales pipeline.

One platform, not five tools

Leads, proposals, e-signed contracts, invoicing and delivery tracking, without stitching together separate apps.

Direct access to the team

Feedback goes to the people building the product — not a support queue that never reaches engineering.
