Preference storage remembers choices such as theme, language and interface state. These are not required for every feature, but they make the product feel consistent when you return.

Preference data is tied to the browser or account context where it is saved. Clearing browser storage resets these choices.

We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand product usage, diagnose errors and improve Outkite. Analytics may collect events such as pages viewed, feature usage, device type and approximate location. We do not use analytics to read the contents of your proposals, contracts, messages or client records.

Analytics settings may vary by environment and may be disabled by your browser, privacy tools or account settings where available.

You can control cookies in several ways:

• use your browser settings to block, delete or limit cookies;
• use privacy extensions or device-level controls;
• sign out and clear site data when using a shared device.

Essential cookies cannot be disabled while using features that require authentication. Blocking optional storage may affect preferences or analytics, but will not delete information stored in your Outkite account.
