How cancellations and refunds work

1. Overview

Outkite subscriptions give you access to paid features for the period shown at checkout. Because access is delivered digitally, payments are generally non-refundable except as described below or where a refund is required by applicable law.

2. Subscriptions and cancellation

You can cancel a subscription from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for unused time in the current period. We do not charge for a future period after a cancellation has taken effect.

3. Refund eligibility

We may approve a refund when a payment was duplicated, charged in error, or when a material billing issue prevented access to a paid service and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time.

Refund requests for an accidental purchase should be sent within 14 days of the charge. We review requests in good faith and may ask for the account email, invoice and relevant transaction details.

4. Exceptions

We may decline a refund when:

  • the request is made after the applicable period;
  • the account was suspended or terminated for a breach of our Terms of Service;
  • you have already received a refund for the same charge; or
  • the request is prohibited by the payment method or applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@outkite.com with “Refund request” in the subject line. Include the account email, charge date, amount, invoice or receipt number, and a short explanation.

We will confirm receipt, review the request and reply with the decision. For account security, we can only discuss a transaction with the account holder or an authorized billing contact.

6. Processing and changes

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional business days to show the credit. If a payment provider's rules conflict with this policy, those rules may affect how a refund is issued.

We may update this policy as our plans or billing systems change. The date above shows when it was last reviewed. Questions can be sent through our contact page.
